When you upload an executed purchase agreement, YayTrack extracts the terms that drive your timeline and compliance, the dates, dollar amounts, parties, and contingencies, so you do not have to key them in by hand. Everything it reads is yours to confirm before it takes effect.

What gets extracted

The AI identifies the executed-contract date, closing date, purchase price, earnest money amount, and the buyer, seller, and brokerage parties. It also detects the financing, appraisal, inspection, and title contingencies along with their deadlines, and flags any clause it recognizes as a required disclosure.

Confirm the key terms

Extraction never silently changes a file. Each pulled value lands in a review panel beside the source text it came from, so you can check it against the document in one glance. Approve the panel and the terms flow into the timeline and compliance rules; the deadlines back-solve automatically from the dates you confirmed.

Correct anything it gets wrong

If a hand-written addendum or an unusual form throws the AI off, click any field in the review panel to edit it. Corrections are logged to the activity trail with your name and the original value, so a broker reviewing the file later can see exactly what changed and why.
