Transaction files hold sensitive personal and financial information, so account security is not optional. A few minutes in your profile settings protects you, your clients, and your brokerage.

Password and two-factor

Use a unique password of eight or more characters with a mix of letters and numbers, and turn on two-factor authentication under Security. With 2FA on, a one-time code from your authenticator app is required alongside your password, so a leaked password alone cannot get into your account.

Sessions and sign-out

The Active sessions list shows every device signed in to your account. Sign out any you do not recognize in one click. For your protection YayTrack signs you out automatically after a period of inactivity: if that happens you will land on the session-expired screen and can sign back in to pick up exactly where you left off.

How your data is protected

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped to the files you are shared on, and every action on a transaction is written to an immutable activity log. Client-portal guests only ever see the milestones and documents you explicitly expose.
