YayTrack's document vault holds every version of every file document, and e-signature is built in, no separate tool, no exporting and re-uploading. Recipients sign in the browser without creating an account.

Upload to the vault

Drag files into the document vault or generate them from a template. Each document carries a status pill, a version history, and the required-or-optional flag your brokerage's compliance rules assign to it. Replacing a document keeps the prior version on record rather than overwriting it.

Send for signature

Select the disclosures or addenda from the vault, choose Send for signature, and assign each recipient to their fields. Because emailing a signing link is an external send, a coordinator approves it before it leaves YayTrack: once approved, each recipient is emailed their own secure link. (Until outbound email is switched on for your workspace, the link is captured for a coordinator to share directly.) Recipients sign in the browser, and each document's status pill updates as parties complete their fields.

Track to completion

The file's documents panel shows exactly who has signed and who is outstanding. A reminder to anyone still pending goes out the same way, a coordinator approves it, then it's emailed, and when the last signature lands the signed record is filed back into the vault.
